Position Summary:
- Assists the Marketing department with various initiatives aimed at increasing the College’s visibility and engagement.
- Supports the department in the development and promotion of marketing campaigns.
- Review the College websites for updates including broken links, content for each term, policies and procedures, etc.
- Takes photos/videos at College events; curates content for social media.
- Assists with conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for the College.
- Collaborates with other departments to support the needs of various requests such as creating flyers, posters, newsletters, etc.
- Provides general administrative support to the marketing team such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and conducting interviews for alumni success stories.
- Assists with creating social media content to increase audience reach and engagement.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in the area of Marketing.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Solid understanding of different Marketing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of basic office equipment and software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Ability to work events hosted on weekends or evenings.
